Access to pedestrian zones is controlled by retractable bollards. The bollards can be lowered in two ways :
- by using the contactless access card
- by requesting a code (beforehand) for professionals
Drivers must always stay near their vehicles.
Users authorised to enter the zone must use the entry and exit points closest to where they live.
They are free to exit whenever they wish.
From 12:00 to 14:00: vehicle access is forbidden, except for urgent repair work.
Non-resident owners must press the call button to enter pedestrian zones when necessary (unloading of heavy goods), or apply for a works order to the Orléans Métropole regulatory department if works are to be carried out (mandatory).
