- Either directly from our team at the parking information point at 27, rue du Charles Sanglier (open 08:30 to 18:30, Monday to Friday, excl. public holidays),
- or by making a request online
- residents,
- professionals,
living or working in the pedestrian zones of Carmes, the historical centre or Martroi.
- a photocopy of the ID document and full contact details of the applicant,
- a photocopy of the vehicle registration document,
- a photocopy of the proof of residence within the relevant zone, no more than 3 months old (utility, phone bill, etc.),
- a valid Kbis extract for tradespeople and businesses.
The access cards are valid for 1 year and cover a specific zone (Carmes, historical centre or Martroi).
They must be renewed each year, upon presentation of the relevant supporting documentation.
An amount of €15 will be charged to replace a lost, stolen or damaged access card.
The access card must be returned when users move away from a particular zone.
